This is an argument I get into from time to time - pretty fucking pathetic that we continue to consider ourselves the best in the world based on a maldistributed GDP per capita and a big army. Lowering infant mortality, reducing hunger and not locking people up for trivial offenses would be a better start.
Broad cognitive bandwidth musings and geekery related to adventures in the least likely of places. Any recommendations or criticisms are my own personal opinion -- I'm not getting paid for this (or I'd probably be doing a much better job of it).
